My transactions stay with me. Not just the largest or the easiest, but all of them. The homes matter, but what they make possible in the lives of my clients matters most.
For some that has meant purchasing their first homes and enjoying the independence of that decision. For others it has been an investment to create future options. Still others have made moves to support growing families, to create multi-generational living environments, or to scale down their living spaces as their needs evolve and families change. It has also meant helping people buy or sell through changes no one planned for, when stability and a clear way forward mattered most.
Different people. Different circumstances. Different real estate needs. But in each case, the home was only part of it. What mattered most was understanding the person behind the decision and what that transition needed to accomplish.
My approach to supporting my clients did not begin with real estate.
After obtaining my degree in Sociology and Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas, I spent more than a decade in highly competitive corporate sales, from national account management to corporate communications workflows to investor relations and corporate governance solutions. Along the way, I learned to listen closely, recognize competing priorities, proficiently handle sensitive business dynamics, and effectively negotiate opportunities toward my clients' best interests.
When I became a licensed real estate professional in 2018, those skills came with me.
My core intention to support my clients' needs and objectives, combined with my corporate experience, has helped me to keep the critical aspects for each client moving forward while also keeping the larger purpose of the decision in view.
Often that means identifying a concern before it becomes an issue, explaining the real tradeoffs, and changing course when the original plan no longer serves the actual need. Sometimes the right decision is to move forward. Sometimes it is to wait, walk away, or reconsider what the right outcome looks like.
After more than 20 years living and working in the Dallas area, I bring both long-standing local perspective and current experience across Lake Highlands, East Dallas, Rockwall, and the broader DFW market.
I don't believe every conversation needs to begin with a listing appointment or property search. It can begin with a question, an uncertainty, or a situation you are still trying to understand.
We can start there.
